1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Creative Hustler ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Creative Hustler provides AI agent development, marketing automation, workflow optimization, and web/app development services for small and medium-sized businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement will be outlined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to necessary resources, information, and feedback required for the successful delivery of our services. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of any content or data you provide to us.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including fees, billing schedules, and accepted methods, will be specified in your project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in the delivery of our services. We may use anonymized project details in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of two (2) years.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Hustler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
